Position Overview

As a result of sustained growth, we are in need of an energetic person to ensure client satisfaction and drive revenue throughout engagements with clients.

Our Client Relationship Manager will begin at the point when a new client/deal is closed to gather client specifications and preferences. Prior to the launch of new applications, the Client Relationship Manager will confirm through testing that all customization requirements are met.The Client Relationship Manager will be the first point of contact for the client to address customer service needs and suggest additional customization options.

Throughout the process, the Client Relationship Manager will interface with the Sales team and Technical team at Contazen to ensure that change requests and customer requests are addressed.

Additional activities may include sharing client experiences on Social Media through blogging, Facebook, Twitter.

Main responsibilities

  • Actively build relationships with clients and gain clear understanding of their needs.
  • Interact with sales to understand the client trading profile and keep updated on new activity.

Client focus

  • Excellent client service skills with previous client experience preferred.
  • Measure success in terms of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to deal with client grievances by maintaining a relationship and gaining their trust and respect.
  • Encourage an environment of identifying internal and external customer needs.
  • Can negotiate win:win outcomes with clients.

Requirements

  • Strong Communications skills.
  • Conflict management skills essential.
  • Clear, confident presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in team and independently and willingness to work under pressure and self-motivated
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal both inside & outside the organization.
